The Young Arts Open is a free, open submission art competition for young people aged 18 and under living, working, or attending school or college in Wisbech and the surrounding area.

The competition, organised by Wisbech and Fenland Museum, was established in 2023 and has supported hundreds of creative young people to share their talents in a public gallery space. This year we are delighted to be displaying 113 entries from young people aged 3 to 18.

The competition is generously supported by Wisbech Rotary and 20Twenty Productions CIC.

Join us for the launch and prize-giving at 11am on Saturday 28 March when we will be offering free entry to the Museum between 10am and 12 noon.

Entrants and their guests receive free entry throughout the Easter school holidays. Normal Museum admission charges apply for general visitors.

The exhibition runs Wednesday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm, until 18 April.

Please note, the Museum is closed on Good Friday.
