14^th March	Adult Cookery workshop looking at historical Fenland Food with Alison Sloane From 2-4 FREE event
16^th March	Maureen James story telling session for adults called Fish and Fowl to Beef and Bacon From 7pm-8.30pm FREE event
21st March	Sculpture session with recycled materials for adults taken by *Fred White* 10-1 FREE event
3^rd April	*The Romans:* a pottery and craft making session using Roman artefacts from the collection. Take home a hand-made pot and mosaic. £3.50 per person - Adults and Children welcome and take home your own Roman pot. From 10-12
^20th ^July	To celebrate the 200^th Anniversary of the passing of the Act to abolish the slave trade, *Mike Kaye* from *Anti-Slavery International* will be talking about modern day slavery nationally and will then do a Question and Answer session with the audience. From 2.00-3.30 p.m. FREE
^25th ^July	To celebrate the 200^th Anniversary of the passing of the Act to abolish the slave trade we will be holding an *African mask making session* From 10-12 £3.00 per person
^1st ^August	To coincide with the 2007 celebrations we will be holding a *Sounds from Africa* session looking at instruments from the museum collection and making some instruments to carry out a music making session 10-12 £3.00 per person
^7th ^August	*African Music workshop* following on to making music using instruments made in the workshop 10-12 £3.00 per person
^15th ^August	*African imagery* art based session recreating African art 10-12 £3.00 per person
^21st ^August	*African Pottery* recreate pots from the museum collections using historical methods such as pinch pots and take home your own pots From 10-12 £3.00
^25th ^October	*Gouls and goblins,Witches and wizards* - Halloween story telling session with Maureen James 10-11 and 11-12 £2.00 per child
